Shipping policy

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding holidays and periods of exceptionally high order volume, such as during product launches).

Depending on the selected shipping method, we hand over the order to the carrier for shipment (La Poste, Chronopost, Colissimo, etc.). Delivery times depend on the carrier and the selected shipping method.

Shipping is free for orders of 130 EUR or more (including tax).

The Products ordered will be delivered by carrier to the mailing address provided by the Customer upon confirmation of their Order. Maison Amorine cannot be held liable under any circumstances for any delivery delay or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Maison Amorine ships to all territories, with the exception of those with regulations prohibiting the importation of all or part of the Products sold on the Site.

Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or French public holidays will be processed starting Monday or the next business day. Delivery deadlines are expressed in business days and vary depending on the destination. During sales and/or promotional periods, delivery times may be longer than usual. When the Customer orders more than one product, it is possible that multiple packages will be delivered on different dates. The mere fact that the delivery deadline is exceeded does not entitle the Customer to any damages.

If a damaged package is received (damaged, torn, opened, etc.), the Customer may:

either refuse the package, in accordance with the carrier’s terms, in which case the package will be returned to Maison Amorine after notifying Customer Service at: contact@maisonamorine.com,

or accept the package while reporting the damage to the packaging to the carrier on the day of delivery, in accordance with the carrier’s terms and conditions, as well as to Maison Amorine’s Customer Service.

On the day of delivery, the Customer must check the condition of the delivered Products. In the event of damaged or missing items, or in the event of a delivery error (Products not matching the order), the Customer must submit a claim to Customer Service within 24 hours of the delivery date, accompanied by any supporting evidence to substantiate the claim. Maison Amorine will conduct any necessary verification in this regard.

In the event of a delivery error or damaged Products, the Products must be returned in their entirety and in their original packaging via Colissimo to the following address: Maison Amorine – Returns – 30 allées de Tourny (33000) Bordeaux. These return shipping costs are the responsibility of Maison Amorine.

Failure to comply with these procedures and those set forth in Article 11 of Maison Amorine’s Terms and Conditions precludes any recourse against Maison Amorine, and the customer shall not be entitled, in particular, to any refund or to have Maison Amorine reship the ordered Products.

Upon confirmation of the Order by Maison Amorine, an order tracking number is provided to the Customer to allow them to track the progress of their Order’s delivery by logging into the carrier’s website.
